Sea monsters of the avenue-
Passion and love was all there was
the days we flew, jumped and tossed
all came together with a single cause
let us behold the mighty force
a love once shared by one and all
the once we were all the same
now all i can do is watch it fall
let's SEE who I can blame.
One by one the numbers went down
tears at first then numbed expression
a fight to the death for a silly crown
the urgent need to call on supression
gone was the leader or inactive should i say
up next went his assistant
a mighty price for this force to pay
for members with minds that of infants
Gone was once a love so true
A love that i'll no longer feel
now the days are cold and blue
I'll never walk down this avenue
